We publish our fee ranges openly so you can plan with confidence. The exact fee depends on the complexity of your case, and a detailed quotation is provided before any work begins.

All professional fees are exclusive of VAT (20%) and of disbursements such as court fees, translations or expert reports.

£700: Lowest published immigration feeEUSS family permit and status applications start from £700.
£1,250: Uncontested divorceFixed fee plus VAT; civil partnership dissolution is the same.
25%: Simple money claimsOf the claim value, excluding court fees and disbursements.

Conveyancing

Minimum fee for any commercial lease transaction

Our fees are determined by the nature and complexity of each transaction.

We also handle residential conveyancing and high-value commercial property matters through a nationwide panel of trusted third-party solicitors. Fees for these matters are available on request, based on the specific details of the transaction.

For a fixed fee transaction, we charge a fixed abortive fee of a minimum of £500.00.

We offer both fixed fee and hourly rate options, depending on the nature and complexity of the case.

Fees are usually based on our standard hourly rates. Where appropriate, we may agree a fixed fee arrangement.

An estimate of costs is provided at the outset, and we explain what is included before any work is undertaken.
